BPAX FAQs
BPAX is a online collaboration platform for studying and research of BPA trading system. Here, BPA traders can work together to further explore the profound meaning of price action trading by participating in BPA research projects to enhance their trading skills.

BPAX Tagging System[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
BPAX has gathered all Emini 5-minute intra-day charts from 2009. The abbreviations used in BPA (such as H1, H2, MTR, etc.) are crucial for traders to master BPA. Dr. Al Brooks has been using these abbreviations to comment on EOD Emini 5-minute intraday charts for the past decade. However, there is not an easy way to find days given a particular setup, for e.g. an Opening Reversal. Therefore, traders often experience feelings like "I've seen this pattern before, but I don't remember when..." and are struggling to find them quickly during live trading.
If there's a way to quickly find similar historical trading days, it would provide significant reference value for traders' real-time trading. As Dr. Al Brooks mentioned, Mark Twain's quote "History doesn't repeat itself, but it often rhymes" also applies to trading. This is one of the main problems that BPAX aims to solve. Therefore, on BPAX, we have further categorized and optimized the commonly used abbreviations of BPA and created them as BPAX Tags. We then use these tags to categorize and summarize each intraday chart on BPAX. For example, DTBRF is a tag, and the chart illustrates that a relatively typical Double Top Bear Flag appeared on February 2, 2018. By clicking on DTBRF, you can see all the trading days where DTBRF appeared.
Using "combined categorization" for refined intraday chart queries. For example, if a certain day opened with a Gap Down (Tag: GD) and formed a DTBRF at the MA, traders can use similar methods to query all historical trading days where both patterns appeared simultaneously, i.e., using combined categorization for refined queries: GD + DTBRF. There is no limit to the number of Tags that can be queried simultaneously.

On the basis of purchasing relevant BPA learning materials, you can join by being willing to participate in contributing to BPAX projects. Please first select the projects you are interested in participating in, then send an email to [email protected] with the username you want to use. After verification, the system will send the login password to your email.

1 - Non-registered Users[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
Non-registered users have following access:
- Home page
- Daily review pages for current year (read-only)
- All BPAX Tags and certain public pages (read-only)
2 - Registered Users[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
Registered users cannot access the navigation bar, but they can access:
- Home page.
- Daily review pages for the current year (read-only).
- All public pages and categories (read-only).
⚠️ Users who have not made any edits within the past 2 days will be automatically reset to this permission level. If your permissions are reset, you can email [email protected] to regain them, but there may be a delay in restoring permissions.
3 - Editor[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
"Editor" users have all the permissions of registered users, as well as the ability to read and edit all categories and Daily Review pages since 2009.
Why Were My Permissions Revoked?[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
The system automatically checks whether users have made any edits in the past 2 days every night at 10 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). If not, permissions will be reset to the most basic registered user permissions: "1 - Registered Users".
How Can I Obtain Permanent Permissions?[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
Students whose contribution scores reach 1000 points will receive permanent access permissions. Contribution scores are automatically calculated by the system based on a specific algorithm, as shown in Figure 3.

BPAX的主要功能[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
- 过去15年中（自2009起）所有Emini 5分钟日内图的分类整理。BPA的缩写（如H1, H2, MTR等等）是对Price Action的一种抽象总结，是交易者掌握BPA交易系统非常重要的一环，Al Brooks在过去的十几年中一直在使用这些缩写对Emini 5分钟日内图进行分析点评，但缺憾是这些分析并没有得到很好的归类整理，因此交易者常常会在实盘交易中出现类似“我以前见过这个Pattern，但不记得什么时候了……”的感觉，如果有办法能快速找到类似的历史交易日，这将会给交易者的实时交易提供非常大的参考价值，因为正如Al Brooks提到过的一样，马克吐温的名言“历史不会重演细节，过程却会重复相似
(History Doesn't Repeat Itself, but It Often Rhymes)”同样适用于交易。这也是BPAX要解决的主要问题之一。因此，在BPAX上我们对BPA的常用缩写进行了进一步的整理优化，并在BPAX上将它们创建为BPAX Tags，然后使用这些Tag对每一个日内交易图进行分类、归纳。如图-1示例，DTBRF是一个Tag，该图说明2018年2月2日这个交易日出现了一个比较典型的Double Top Bear Flag，点击DTBRF，就会看到所有出现DTBRF的交易日，如图-2所示。 - 使用“组合分类”进行日内图精细查询。在上述基础上，交易者可以进行进一步的精细查询。比如某日开盘Gap Down（Tag：
GD）, 并在MA处形成了一个DTBRF，此时交易者可以通过类似方法查询所有以前同时出现两种Pattern的交易日，即使用组合分类进行精细查询：GD + DTBRF。可以同时查询的Tag数量不限。 - 分类整理其它BPA资料。在学习研究BPA时，通过使用这些Tag对BPA相关学习资料进行分类整理，不仅可以快速找到需要的资料，更重要的是对知识进行进一步归纳总结，可以帮助自己进一步深化对Price Action的理解。
- 方便搜索。因为BPA系统比较繁杂，涵盖了书籍、视频课程、文章等等，使用BPAX的搜索功能可以快速找到所有资料中的相关内容。
- 其它很多功能如Strategies等正在进行中。
BPAX上的内容是中文还是英文？[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
目前BPAX的主要内容是英文，因为BPA的相关资料目前很多没有中文翻译或者翻译不完善，比如Al Brooks书籍的中文版，在BPAX上我们正在对现有版本进一步进行勘误、优化，弥补原本中文翻译的不足。BPAX的参与者主要是中文用户，因此高质量的中文翻译也是BPAX的主要项目之一。
如何加入BPAX？[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
- 在有购买相应BPA学习资料的基础上，愿意每周参与贡献BPAX项目即可加入。请首先选择有兴趣参与的项目，然后发送email至[email protected]，请在email中附上自己想用的用户名，验证后系统会发送登录密码至你的邮箱。
- 目前BPAX有多个项目正在进行中，详情请至Discord讨论。
为什么BPAX需要有购买Al Brooks相应书籍或者课程才能注册？[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
因为我们尊重Dr Al Brooks的研究与知识产权，并且敬佩他乐于公开研究成果的做法，我们不希望这里成为侵犯版权的网站，所以我们鼓励大家购买Al的正版资料，因此购买Al Brooks相应资料是获得BPAX相应权限的前提之一。

BPAX有6层权限设置，细节如下。

非注册用户无法访问导航栏，但可以访问：

⚠️ 两周内没有任何编辑的用户将会被自动重置为此权限，如果你的权限被重置，可电邮[email protected]加回权限，但加回权限的时间可能会有延迟。
2 - editor[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
"editor"用户拥有注册用户的所有权限，另外还包括：
- 导航栏
- 所有分类（阅读和编辑）
- 所有自2009年始的Daily Review每日复盘页面（阅读和编辑）
3 - super-saiya-1[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
拥有"editor"用户的所有权限，以及阅读、编辑BPA交易书籍相关内容的权限，购买有Al Brooks书籍，并愿意参与BPAX项目的朋友可以获得此权限。
4 - super-saiya-2[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
拥有"super-saiya-1"用户的所有权限，以及阅读、编辑BTC视频课程笔记的权限，购买有Al Brooks视频课程，并愿意参与BPAX项目的朋友可以获得此权限。
5 - super-saiya-3[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
拥有"super-saiya-2"用户的所有权限，以及阅读、编辑Encyclopedia学习笔记的权限，购买有Al Brooks encyclopedia，并愿意参与BPAX项目的朋友可以获得此权限。
为何我的权限被取消了？[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
系统会在美东时间（ET）的每天晚上10点自动检查用户在过去的2周内有没有编辑，如果没有，权限就会被重置为最基本的注册用户权限：“1 - 注册用户”。
如何才能获得永久权限？[编辑 | 编辑源代码]
贡献分数达到1000分后的同学即可获得永久的访问权限。贡献分数由系统根据特定算法自动计算，如图-3所示。
