In bull trend or Trading Range (TR), if high (H) of bar is at or below H of prior bar, it is a High 1 buy signal bar (H1 bull flag) It is a pullback or pause in bull trend Unusually strong bull trend if 3 or more consecutive High 1 bull flags since not weakening, like most trends If current bar trades above high of that bull flag bar, it triggers the High 1 buy signal 3 types of pullback (all are on this chart): H of bar is below H of prior bar (H1 bull flag) L of bar is below L of prior bar (H1 bull flag and start of bull channel) H of bear bar is above high of prior bar (weak B signal bar)
