A bull breakout with 3 consecutive bull bars (usually first one is strong), but shrinking in size, as opposite to 3CCBLBA.

• Decreasing BP (but don't forget it is still BLBO), expect at least a small PB soon, especially when the context has a lot of TRPA. Avoid BTC, but buy PB instead, for e.g. A2 at MA, like 72 on 20240125.
  • Since it is still a strong BLBO, bulls still look at it as PS MG for PS MM, for e.g. 65-67 on 20240125.
• If the 3 bull bars are exceptionally big, it increases the odds of MBLS instead.
