Late Bull Surprise Bar, or Biggest Bull bar or bars (hence also BLBO) late in bull trend (over 20 bars) so possible bull exhaustion gap (EG). Expect PT and then at least TBTLSD.

• 60% chance of end of rally (or buy climax), i.e. exhaustion, especially after a H2 bull flag late in the trend (i.e. a FF)^[1].
• Also 60% chance one more brief leg up and then end of rally.
• 40% chance of MG, like bar 37 on 20231110.

Many bulls will take profits and some bears will sell the close for a scalp. However, if there is good FT buying after the late strong bull bar, especially if the FT bar is big and COH, there is 70% chance of at least one more leg up.
