Yesterday ended with a buy climax.
- 75% chance of at least 2 hours of sideways to down trading that starts by the end of the 2nd hour (11:30 ET).
- 75% chance of trading range day, with a couple of hours of sideways to down trading starting by the end of 2nd hour (i.e. profit taking). This means if the buying continues from the open, look bear reversal signal is reasonable.
- 50% chance of follow-through buying within 1st 2 hours (11:30 ET).
- Only 25% chance of another strong bull trend day. (But do not overlook it, 25% is not a small probability to be ignored! ⚠️ Also note the "25% chance" is only for strong bull trend day, it does NOT mean 25% chance of all bull trend day)
- Even when there is a 2nd strong bull trend day, there is a 90% chance that there will be a pullback below the high of 2nd hour.
- Only 10% chance of strong bear reversal day.
