Bull leg in Trading Range, not in bull trend. Always ask: is it a leg in TR, or the start of a trend? But be aware, when betting it is a BLTR, do not assume market will have to give an opposite bear leg after the bull leg, a BLTR can leads to a smaller TR[1], so do not be frustrated when not getting a bear leg in same size of the bull leg.
