Bull break out above the 18 bar range, look for MM of the range if initial range is about 50% of ATR. 80% chance will not fall to new low of day, and 90% chance if range is big. Unlike the 10RBO which has to be a TR, It doesn't matter if the 18 bars are in a TR or not[1]. 向上突破18根k线形成的区间，有80%的机率不会下跌到新的低点，90%的概率形成宽幅的交易区间。
